Miara Sung (née Jongmin Jerome Baek) is a Korean/American philosopher living in Amsterdam.

She is working on a philosophical monograph, Madness and Consent, on madness, consent, and how mathematical logic illuminates their relation. She investigates what it means to sensate-together, how Kantian subjects forclose madness, and uses mathematical logic to advance the thesis that sensating-together with the world might entail going mad first.
